The 3rd International Conference “Folk / Vernacular Architecture: From the Traditions to the Future” is taking place 24–28 August 2026 in Budapest, with travel to Sárospatak and the Tokaj region, Hungary.

The abstract volume will be published as a special issue of Symmetry: Art and Science. Several SIS members are participating, including Advisory Board member Sayed Alireza Behnejad (United Kingdom) and Borut Juvanec (Slovenia).
